At Swoop Slides, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we provide a 15-day return policy for full-priced purchases (excluding shipping fees), offering a store credit as a refund. Please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If you receive a damaged item or the item you receive doesn't match the description on our website, we'll refund you in full or replace the item at no extra cost. However, please note that color variations due to screen display differences are not covered. Also, if the item shows signs of general wear and tear or is damaged by you, unfortunately, it won't be eligible for a replacement or refund. Before sending the item back, we'll ask you to take a quick photo of it, so we can assess the condition. 

To start the return process, just send a return request within 3 days of receiving the item and we'll get the process started right away. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact, and return it within 15 days of receiving. To make sure your return is eligible, we suggest trying on items with clean feet and on a carpeted surface. While we do reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these requirements, our top priority is taking care of our customers, and we'll always do our best to help you out.
